My blog is an eclectic mix of my views on street style and fashion today. My own wardrobe is influenced heavily by the 60's hippie 'peace and love' era which is encompassed in the blog also.

Arrived at the college orientation station today. Unsure of what to wear, I decided upon a slightly 'mullet-esque' approach. Business on the top.....party on the bottom! As I am now a college girl, my pinky-purple blouse from Penney's and the infamous blazer from Berska made an appearance to smarten up my style. My Urban Outfitters shorty distressd shorts grunged down my third-level look. Bring on Freshers Week!

Anyway, any good, self-respecting hippie is nothing without their lustrous locks. The full-stop to any of my bohemian outfits is my blonde messy mane. To achieve this, I wash my hair with some sort of volumising shampoo, stick my head under the hairdryer and spray it with some 'sea-salt spray'. Add Bob Dylan tshirt and you're good to go!

Electric Picnic you beautiful creature. It may have been gorgeous but it was pretty difficult to keep yourself looking fine in the muck and dirt! I did my hair in loads of plaits to keep it off my face and to show the festival vibe! Flowers are a must. Top tip: although, jumpsuits may look cool, they are not your friend in porta-loos! Festivals are an opportunity to go crazy with your style so do what you want, no one will care! I brought a vintage shirt to throw over my outfits when it got a bit chilly and wellington boots are your life whilst you are there!
